Q: pregnancy symptoms come and go

I am almost 5 weeks pregnant with my first after a miscarriage in October 2007. I got my positive HPT at only 10 DPO. It was very surprising because my husband just had surgery to remove a varicocele from his scrotum. I got a confirmation from the doctor on 4/8/08. I go from having a bunch of symptoms to having none. I have also been having some cramping off and on. I also had some brown spotting last night. I took another HPT to be sure I was still pregnant and it was VERY positive. I was just wondering if anyone else felt very pregnant one day and then very UNpregnant the next?
