I had my period 18 days ago, then unprotected sex 11 days ago. This morning I woke up with tender breast, nausea and having to urine at least once every 2 hours. A month ago I was tested for high testosterone, and I also get cyst on my ovaries. It seems highly unlikely that I am pregnant, but when should a test show that I'm positive if at all?

Welcome to ehealthforum

Ovarian cysts can cause fertility issues and problems in conceiving but chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out completely.It also depends on the size,number of cysts and hormonal levels.
For the test to show confirmatory results you will have to wait for the next periods.If they are missed and you do not get them even after a week of expected date get a Blood HCG test done for determination of pregnancy and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
