Hi, I have been having some symptoms lately that are unusual to me. Overall, I don't feel like myself. I am constantly feeling sick to my stomach and nauseated, I'm eating like a pig which is not me at all, when I stress I lose my appetite and alot of weight and even though I'm stressed out about my upcoming wedding, I can't stop eating and it's been about 2 weeks now!.. I have back pain and bad migraines, I have minor cramping and I should have had my period 2 days ago. The biggest thing that worries me is my breasts are incredibly sore and they have never hurt me before..I've taken an hpt but it came out negative.. but I'm still very worried.. should I be getting tested by a MD?
