Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you suspect to be pregnant, visit your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination and blood/serum HCG test to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Urine pregnancy test kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormones in urine reach a certain level, they fail to show positive results. Blood/serum HCG levels are accurate. Get your blood work-up also done to look at current status of anemia and get started on supplements to help you out. Take foods rich in iron content.
Take care.
