Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The symptoms (lower abdominal pains, mood swings and fatigue) could be due to polycystic ovary, hormonal imbalance, stress, UTI or due to thyroid problems.
Mood swings and fatigue could be due to anemia, depression, diabetes, hypothyroidism etc. The lower abdominal pain may or may not be related.
Some women can bleed in the first three months of pregnancy on dates they are supposed to have their normal periods. This could also be possible in your case. Hence if you still have these problems, you can take a pregnancy test.
It is difficult to give a confirmed diagnosis and treatment on net. Hence consult your gynecologist and discuss these points. Hope this helps. Take care!
