Q: pregnancy still possible ?

i 36 years old and i have husband my last period is 28 December.and in 17 and 18 January i have test urine and that test is positive i know that early pregnancy, but in 21 January i have period like spotting only for 2 day but not heavy and two days more i have test urine again but came back to negative .and i want ask i still be pregnant? and thank you for you answer.
