How do i no if im preganant without paying out for a test i keep feeling bit faint, bad stomach cramps, an my tummy is a bit hard, getting bad headaches does ny1 no if that means anything?

You didn't say whether or not you have missed a period. Short of taking a test, that is the best indication that you are pregnant.
