I was just wondering if there is such a thing as too harsh an exercise routine when attempting to get pregnant and once you are pregnant. The reason I ask is because I am in the army and we have some good work out routines, but I was just wondering if there are too harsh of routines. Are there any particular exercises I should avoid or increase? I also participate in equestrian sports and was wondering when I should avoid riding. I realize that it can be a dangerous sport as it involves an animal which sometimes does tend to use its brain to out maneuver you. I would like to keep riding as long as possible, giggle , but I have read in some articles that after 6 months you should avoid riding. Thank you! Smile
