Hi all. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue:

I'm pregnant with my first child, but my gyno told me on my first visit Thursday that either they are wrong about the age of the fetus or it will be an unsuccessful pregnancy. This broke my heart, but what really sucks is having to wait a week to know which it is.

My periods have always been crazily irregular, and she said if they were not irregular I would definitely miscarry soon. Judging by my last period, I should be eight weeks along, but the baby is only measuring about five weeks. If this has happened to anyone, please let me know. I'm dying here.
