Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

The surgery should not prevent you from conceiving. You can go ahead and plan for another child if you want.

The spinal surgery should not cause any problems for you.

There’s always a concern when one is planning for the first child but once two normal deliveries have happened, there’s no cause of concern.

I sincerely hope this helps. Take care.
