alright,

she was fooling around with her bf, fully clothed, when he got a little to happy and it went thru his 3 layers and her 2 layers on to her upper area
near the top on the outside of her va j j
she was on her period
she said she whipped it away right away.
the thing is she now thinks shes pregnant,
shes off her period now
but she says her lower stomach (the utterus area)
is getting cramps and such.
I've tried to tell her she's fine.
but maybe i'm wrong, what do you think?
please help.

She is not pregnant, if there was no penetration, her chances of getting pregnant are practically zero. Also, if she was on her period her chances are low.

Her stomach might be hurting because she is worried about being pregnant. If it would make her feel better, and if it has been over 2 weeks since the incident, she can take a pregnancy test. But she is not pregnant

Not pregnant will be the general concensus. She is not pregnant. It is impossible for anyone to get pregnant through their clothes.
