Q: pregnancy odds w/ spermicidal condom?

Me and my g/f had sex and the same day she started the birth control pills which i heard are active the first day. But anyways we were having sex and i was using a spermicidal condom and it was getting dried out and my penis slipped out and the condom broke on her thigh. We immediately took it off and put a new spermicidal condom on. Before i came i pulled out away from her. From this information what are the numbers of her getting pregnant? And i also went to the bathroom a good number of times before hand so that would of got rid of any sperm in any pre cum. Thanks

Chances are shes not pregnant Sounds like you were safe enough but you should of waited one week for the birth control to take effect, But as you used a condom as well im sure everything will be fine.

The chances of getting pregnant using a condom are about 2 in 100. Condoms are about 98% effective. You should be fine but if her period is later, she can take a home pregnancy test to be sure.
