i am 20 years old and recently gave birth to a baby boy. Before i was pregnant i wieghed in at 135 wich is normal for my frame. Even then i was very down about my weight even though i was considered small. Well i went through depression when i was pregnant and all i did was stuff my face with rediculous amounts of food. I weighed in at 198 the day i went to the hospital in labor. I immediatly went into a deep depression. I dropped like 30 pounds after having my son but 30 of the weight is still tacked on to my body. Well after not loosing the rest of this baby weight i have become obssesed with loosing weight. Not a minute goes by that i don't fret about my weight. I count calories religously, i have turned to making myself throw up,although i dont do that on a regular basis. And just recently i have started drinking laxatives after each meal. its getting rediculous but i can't help it. i am so obssesedwith loosing wieght. I never think positive about myself bc of the weight i have put on. I can't get rid of the depression bc of the weight and i just don't know what to do anymore. One week i will hardly eat anything and then the next week i will gorge out and eat several meals a day. Can somebody help? gosign shrug

it deffinatly sounds like you have an eating disorder, and i think that if you want to reach a healthy weight again then you should go to the doctors as they can give you advise on a healthy diet plan. Eating disorders like Anorexia can lead to death if you suffer in silence and if you are serious about this then you should contact a doctor as you dont want to make your self unwell for you child/s sake. hope this helps luv laura xxx
