I am 38 years old, have had two live births and 1 termination a year and a half ago. My normal cycle is 25 days. My periods are normally fairly heavy and I pass a lot of clots the first day or two. My last cycle began on May 14. I noticed a pinkish brownish spotting on Monday (June 1) and it is now Wed (June 3). My period was not due until June 10. The spotting began light and has remained that way however it has become red and i passed clots yesterday evening and most of today...all only when i urinate, otherwise i'm not bleeding or requiring a pad, just a panty liner. Have had some mild cramping and some weird kind of pains on the right side of my abdomen. I have been exhausted. I'm not nauseous but am feeling off...not like vomiting so much as maybe mildly queasy. Am I possibly pregnant? and when can I do a home pregnancy test?
