Im 27 weeks pregnant, and starting to get really emotional. So far up to now ive been really good, havent had mood swings or anything but lately ive been all over the place- one minute ill be fine and the next ill burst into tears for no reason. Also im starting to get scared, 3 months is a long time but it doesnt seem it and im scared that im gonna be a terrible mother, and that maybe ive made the wrong decision in deciding to keep this child. And i feel smothered by everyone, i keep getting told "do this, dont do that, your pregnant so you cant do anything", i try to tell them that im pregnant not dying but they dont listen Mad
I cant handle people either I try to take time out for me but i just end up crying, im afraid that im just going to end up depressed and i dont know how to handle this, so if anyone else is or has experienced this, id be grateful to hear your stories and how you coped

Hormones are racing, you're gaining weight, everyone's shoving their two cents down your throat, you're gonna be emotional.

I'm 36wk with my first, and of course I'm scared I'm not gonna know what to do. But everyone has told me that instincts kick in pretty strong after all that pain and pushing (and not, my sis had a C-section). I have a little history of depression, so of course it's worse during the hormone race.

I think the hormones are most concentrated between 25-35wks because I was BAD between them, and now I'm a little more laid back.

Apparently everything you do, it's wrong. Can't do this, can't do that. If you do this, this will happen. Women have done this since the beginning of time, and they turned out fine. Plus today we have plenty of medical things to help out if something does go wrong. And yes, it irritates me that pregnant woman can't do anything it seems. Blah blah blah, just ignore people like that. You know your body, you know when you need to sit down for a minute, or drink water, or eat something.

Good Luck sweetie! Just remember happy thoughts! Example... what color is your baby's hair/eyes gonna be? how big will s/he be? is it a boy or girl (if you don't know)?
