If you're absolutely sure that you didn't have sex with either one in September, your due date must be wrong. They calculate due date by the size of the fetus. It's possible that you have a large baby and that has caused the due date to be off.

It is possible to have a period during pregnancy. Lots of women have stated that they had short (3-4 day) periods the first month of their pregnancies. Ultrasounds done during the first trimester are pretty accurate so I think the due date is correct.
