I have been taken marvelon for over 18 months.

i start my packets on tuesdays.

In week 3 i missed a pill but then TOOK the pill free week even though the medical instructions advice not to do this- i did not realise at the time)

Then in the middle of week one i missed another pill and had sex that week with no other barrier method. Meaning i had unportected sex on days 10 and 11 of the cycle.

Am i still protected?

Also i have been having some mild cramping in my ovaries, like mild sharp pains in either side which are are notiable but not unberable and increased discharge.
