Today my doctor called to tell me that my mono test came back positive. I asked what I needed to do and all he said was 'nothing, it will go away on it's own', but I'm 38 weeks pregnant, will it effect my unborn baby? or if I were to go into labor soon, will it effect him once he's here? I'm not sure what I really need to do, or what to expect.
