Q: Pregnancy and Methotrexate

I am 22 yearss old and was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis last year. I have been taking 20mg of Methotrexate weekly and am on the Depo shot for birth control. I was wondering the likelihood of an accidental pregnancy and how soon I might see signs of a miscarriage if I were to be having one. I understand the risks of becoming pregnant while taking Methotrexate and the adverse effects it has on a fetus. The reason I ask this is, my husband and I had unprotected sex and since I do not have periods due to the birth control shot I am concerned because I am starting to have cramps/stomach pains and slight bleeding with extreme moodiness. The shot has never caused me to have a period or minor spotting, aside from a period in December due to missing my Depo shot. I understand that this could just be my body beginning a period since it is close to needing my shot, but I am concerned that I may have become pregnant and the likelihood that I will have a miscarriage.
