Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Advanced maternal age is associated with chances of recurrent miscarriage, increased incidence of birth defects and chromosomal anomalies, other pregnancy related complications etc. If you are trying for pregnancy, you should consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for further evaluation and proceed with your pregnancy plans. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Have diet with foods rich in zinc content to ensure better maturation of egg and sperms. Combine checking cervical mucus changes and the BBT (basal body temperature) charting to predict ovulation to help time your intercourse for having fruitful results. All the best.
Take care.
