Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
First of all both of you should relax your minds. Any tension or worries in the mind will affect the hormonal levels for both of you and will not let the pregnancy to occur.
Get your blood tests and hormonal tests done to make sure everything is fine. Also get an ultrasound scan done to see if uterus and ovaries are without any problems. If you do not conceive in next 2-3 months time, get a semen analysis for your husband (to make sure he is having good quality and quantity of sperms) and an HSG (hysterosalpingogram) to look for patency of your reproductive organs.
Usually many women take longer to get pregnant after marriage. The time gap can vary from few months to 2 years. If after 2 years you are still not able to conceive, then infertility work-up is recommended for both you and your partner. Meet an Infertility specialist and discuss about your plans for pregnancy.
Take care.
