Hello,
I am concerned I may be pregnant. I am concerned because I am 27 and the only 2 times I was ever late was when I was pregnant. I have a 20 month old son and 3 month old twin girls. While pregnant this last time my husband got a vasectomy done. They used titanium clamps after cutting them. I then got a tubal ligation done during my c-section.We had sex w/out condoms or contaceptives. I did not have a period this month. I did in March and April. Could I be pregnant???

If you both have been sterilized and you had the follow-up tests to confirm that, then no, you can't be pregnant.

Vasectomy and a tubal ligation? Pretty much double covered. There is always that rare chance. If you are pretty much on the clock with your monthly I would call your OB/GYN. They can do a test to be safe.
