Q: pregnancy after partial hysterectomy

my sister had a partial hysterectomy, now after nearly 12 years she has heard of two women that after 12 years after a partial has given birth of twins. she has the symptoms of being pregnant, for example, milk in the breasts, movement including turning and kicking, reaction to water (bath), music and her partners voice. she also sleeps in the afternoons like pregnant women do, also cravings, when she lays on her back i can see movement and even reactions to music and voices like i mentioned earlier, sometimes her belly-button sticks out like in pregnancy. she also suffers what seems like morning sickness, she also feels movement under her ribs and when she tries to move it it feels like she's being kicked. i have witnessed all of the above and i am concerned, she has had a scan but nothing showed, could it be hiding somewhere and somehow?

I am sorry but if she doesn't have a uterus, there is nowhere to hide...nor nurture a baby...Take care...
