Hello,
Welcome to the forum and I am really glad to help you out.

The biochemical parameters of low estradiol and high gonadotropins are indicative of primary ovarian failure or primary ovarian insufficiency.

Hence, it seems your doctor is right in saying that there’s a premature failure of your ovaries and hence the chances of you ovulating and having a normal pregnancy seems less likely.

An ultrasound of the ovaries can also be done as it will identify those women with multifollicular ovaries and suggest the diagnosis of autoimmune oophoritis (inflammation of the ovaries).

Please do discuss and consult with your gynecologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
