Pregnancy after kidney transplant ?

I am a now Healthy 43yr old kidney transplant recipient.I on currently on prograf and imuran.. Thats really all.I want to have a baby, my transplant was on July 8,2009. my drs. said to wait a year. Mt donor was a 98% match and a living donor, my friend. I will have artificial insemination done. what would be my risks if any, I have 3 children the youngest is 15.
