i had a hysterectomy about five years ago in the past couple of months i have had onset nausea for no reason and some cramping i only have one ovary can i still get pregnant?

You could get pregnant with a Tubular Pregnancy...This type of pregnancy must be aborted immediately....If the cramping gets real bad you may want to check this out with your OB-GYN...This seldom happens, but it is a good thing to keep in the back of your mind...Good luck...
