I had surgery for endometriosis about a month ago i still have some pain and my dr wants me on birth control. My husband and I want to try to have a baby, is it ok to not take the pill and try to get pregnant? And what are my chances of getting pregnant?

as far as i know, after the surgery u need to take the pills for 6 months or more (depends on what stage ur endo is). there's also the injection, decaptyle, etc...
my gyno said that the purpose of that is to make ur ovary get rest (or sumting like that...sorry i dont speak english well)...
i got my surgery 4 months ago (february) n i took the pills for 1 n half month but then i stopped because i had a serious bleeding. Since I stopped, now other cyste on my left ovary grows quite fast n i have to get another surgery soon (in few weeks).

So its better 4 u to discuss it with ur gyno...

but i also need to find more infos about "post operation treatment"

uffh...this iendo thing really get my nerves
