I had the implant in for 5.5 months and it caused me to bleed constantly, so i had it removed and went straight onto the pill for a month which made me feel really ill, weak and nauseas. i stopped taking the pill and my periods became irregular... before any birth control i had a cycle like clockwork 29 days to the evening, after birth control i had a 35 day cycle then a 27 day cycle, what are the chances of me concieving this month?

It is impossible to know if you are ovulating again. Coming of hormonal birth control pills can cause irregular cycles for a few cycles. Woman using the implant or shot often report a longer period of infertility before they become regular again and some women will ovulate the very next cycle. If you have tracked your ovulation in the past, you might know if you ovulated these cycles?

My suggestion will be to use condoms if you do not want to become a mommy.

Best of luck!
