pregnacy after tubal ligation

what are the chances of getting prego 7 years after a tubal my last pd was jan 19 its feb 19 and still no pd took two test both r neg some brown discharge came down today then turned lite red have some pain on my left side i was 21 at the time of my tubal and i really don't know what type of tubal i had done i wish i never got it done!!!!
