Q: preejaculation??

Hi,

I am 32 (still single)... Getting married soon. When I am talking to my girl friend (would be wife) I am getting some seminal fluid out of my penis. I do not know whether it is premature ejaculation?...
I have not sex before.....
Can anybody help me... I am little worried..
