I lift weights 4 to 5 days a week along with mild cardio. I seem to have a bad reaction to oatmeal. I was eating 2 slices of Nature's Own bread. I switched to the oatmeal because I am trying to do the Krimmel program from a book I read. Do you have any suggestions on carbs I can eat to get me through a workout?

There are hundreds of diet books on the market and hundreds of carbohydrates available. Please feel free to explore them. Also, I know nothing about bad reactions to oatmeal.
Please note that I am unable to diagnose medical conditions online.
