Q: Pre-menopausal blood tests ?

My doctor had me to take some blood tests to see if I was pre-menopausal and I have the results but I have no idea what they mean and it is worrying me because I am trying to get my tubal reversed so I can have a baby and these tests will affect that. Please help me to figure them out. I will post the results for whomever is going to answer this question.
