You couldn't have symptoms of pregnancy in 3-4 days, it takes a few weeks. You are having anxiety and it is causing you to think these feelings are related to pregnancy. They aren't. Relax. Get some birth control.

chances are you are nor pregnant, but STD certainly are not out of the picture. really, we need more information to be able to tell what is going on. first we (medical professionals, that is) need a full list of the signs and symptoms. first things first, WHERE exactly does your abdomen hurt, can you point to the pain with one finger, second, does the pain radiate anywhere else, what is the quality of the pain, does it burn, stabbing, tearing, crushing, sharp, dull etc.
also, how severe is the pain, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the worst pain of your life
do you feel anything else, like unexplained fainting spells, or shortness of breath. give us as much information as possible and we can venture a guess as to what is going on.

i am 99% sure you are not pregnant, but that does not mean this is something to ignore...

Well its all my stomach above my belly button no the pain does not radiate anywhere else but my stomach the quality of the pain is like it burning the pain is an 8 and I dont get hungry.

The pain does not let me sleep its constant it dont go away I normally sleep in my stomach and I cant even do that because of the pain

okay, you need to do one more thing for me... this may sound weird, but i need you to look at your stomach and look for any redness swelling or rash. next, i need you to feel your stomach with your hand. use your whole hand, palm down and press firmly and evenly. try to isolate the pain to the left, the right or the middle. also look for rigidness or extreme sensitivity to touch or noticeable temperature differences between upper and lower abdomen and chest. let me know what you find.

Ok there are no redness rash I feel like its swollen but I dont know. when i use my whole hand and pald the pain feels more in the middle above the belly button when i press laying down i feel it in my back to and then i get up and the pain is back all in the stomach if I lay down with my stomach up it dosnt hurt as much as when i am in my belly but just by sitting here it is jurting like if i have fire in the stomach

when i started to press down it feels like its so hot and i feel it up in my throut and i feel like i want to throw up when i do that

sounds to me like gall stones or pancreatitis. i highly recommend seeing your doctor immediately, and call for an ambulance if you have no other way to the hospital. however, chances are they will send you home with pain pills and "abdominal pain" left undiagnosed until the test results come back. do not wait, as waiting will only make it worse, and the doctors/paramedics can help with the pain. the increased temp in the area does tend to point towards an infection of some sort... tell your doctor what you told me and he will prolly say the same thing... but wait till the test results come back to do anything to really help. hope all is well and keep us posted.

I cant remember but you know something like around 5:35 pm I took some pain pills and they didnt help its the strong ones like hydrocodone its the other one.

then i suggest you get to the ER ASAP
