Pre-ejaculatory fluid is a product of the Cowper’s glands. It is emitted from the penis during sexual arousal, masturbation, foreplay, and early sexual intercourse. This fluid is colorless, and viscous. It is alkaline and prepares the vagina for the incoming spermatozoids by neutralizing the vaginal acidity and creating a more comfortable environment for the spermatozoids thus increasing their chances for survival and conception.
The quantity is different in different men, from none at all reaching up to 5 ml. The quantity is not controlled voluntarily and there is no medically proven method or product that might alter the quantity of the pre-ejaculation fluid.
You might want to visit your family doctor or a urologist to check if what you see as excess pre-ejaculatory fluid is really too much. Various desensitizing products might be recommended to decrease the sensitivity, and hopefully the production of pre-ejaculatory fluid. However, this might prolong the sexual intercourse or make it even impossible if the sensitivity is lost almost completely.
