Q: pre-cum pregnancy

me and my boy friend just recently had sex and we do it often when we are together.. if he cam on my leg and it ran down my leg could i get pregnant and also if he cam then right after that we started having sex again would that be able to cause a pregnancy??
i kinda wanna baby, but i dont wanna tell my boyfriend that even though i think he knows..

Any time you have sex there is a chance of pregnancy- so if you're using the pull out method then pregnancy is very possible.

I don't know how old you are or anything, but you should be trying to prevent pregnancy(using contraceptives), at least until you and your partner have a nice chat on whether or not having a baby is the best thing for you both at this time.
