hi, just wondering if any one knows about these new power plates??
they are suposed to be great for helping with weight loss, the only problem is im on tablets to control high blood pressure and want to lose some weight, i would like to try the power plate, and am not sure if you can use this machince if you've high blood pressure, help! hope someone can shed a bit of light on the subject please, thanks
