Q: postinor 2

me and my girlfriend had sex and the condom burst, she used postinor 2 pill the 5th day, a few hours later bleeding starts,she took a pregnancy strip card test the next week which totals 13 days in process since sex. the test result said negative. could she be pregnant? or the pill had work?
