Q: postinor-2 delayed period?

i took first tablet within 48 hours of incident and second one took after 20 hours instead of 12 hours. usually my period takes place before due date and this time i m delayed by 3 days . having a bit cramp time to time and indigestion. done pregnancy test but shows negative. wondering taking second tablet lately causing such irregularity in my period cycle? do they have effect on my fertility?
