Q: postinor and pregnancy

i had my last menses on may 11 and had regular intercouse with my boyfriend without protection since we have been trying for a baby. on june 6, i had unprotected sex with some else and took postinor 2 within 72 hrs after testing negative to a preg test. but by june 18, i tested postive and am preg, its what av been looking for but is there any possibility the preg occured from the second fellow or my boyfriend
