Hi, I am 24 years old and I consider myself very healthy. I had a circunsition done when I was around 13 (dont remeber exactly). A little time after I had that procedure, a dark spot started growing in my glan around the urethral opening. Its not completley circular, its kind of 3/4 around, borders are not well defiened, it does not hurt at all, erections are common and normal, ejaculation is normal. I have had this spot since the procedure and hasnt diminished overtime. Some doctors have looked at mi penis (for other reasons) and not one has said anything. Doing some research I have come to believe that its postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. Could this be the case?? if it is, can it be treated?
