Hi,

I had a cavity in wisdom teeth located at the corner of left upper jaw and it was paining. Also i had pain in my corner teeth of left lower jaw. Doctor said because of the wisdom teeth i am getting pain in my corner teeth of left lower jaw. He removed my wisdom teeth alone and it went smooth. Since it didn't pain i didn't complete my medicine. Now after a month i moved to a different city my corner teeth of left lower jaw is starting to pain terribly and some of the teeth in my left lower jaw are little bit shaky. The place where wisdom tooth was there sometime pains but not much like corner teeth of left lower jaw . So again went to a dentist here. He took x-rays of my corner teeth of left lower jaw and he told me there is no issues. He also asked me to get a second opinion from another dentis. Also when i am in sleeping posture my pain starts. So i am not having good sleep. Only Ice Cubes and cold water releives my pain temporarily. I tried pain killers but it's not working. Not sure what to do? Pls hlp me regarding this.

Regards,
Arav

If the pain is around your ear and joint area as well it could be that you are clenching your teeth at night. Google Temporo mandibular joint dysfunction and see if those are the symptoms you are getting.

Thanks a lot for the info. I dont't have symptoms of Temporo mandibular joint dysfunction. I don't get any pain in ear or face. Pain starts at in my corner teeth of left lower rows of teeth and spreads through the rest of my left lower rows of teeth. Also place where wisdom tooth was removed(left corner teeth of upper rows of teeth) is little bit paining. Also left lower teeths are little bit shaky. If i drink coffee or anything hot it's starts paining. Also when i feel pressure inside my head and it starts paining. Sometime i feel there are sputum deposits inside my head and i am losing concentration frequently Sometimes i spit out light yellow color sputum. Not sure whether it's related to this one. Also when i go for sleep, i feel the pressure inside my head and teeth starts paining.

Does it hurt when you stand up and bend over. If you get a pain then it could be sinus infection, although that usually gives you pain along the roots of your upper teeth. If you feel lightheaded that could be the reason. Have you had a cold or flu like virus lately? IF so you could see your gp as antibiotics may be needed.
Pain on drinking hot fluids could be an abscess, but you would have a lot of pain with that.

When i go 4 sleep my dental pain starts with pressure in my head. When i stand or bend over not much pain. Sometime while i walk i get pain and immediately i will drink cold water. I was smoking initially for 4 years but left it for the past 1 year. I am not sure whether it will cause sinus. I didn't have cold or flu last 1 year. Also I used to spit light yellow color sputum sometimes and feel presence of sputum inside my head. Not sure whether this is causing pressure. Losing my concentration frequently. I am not sure whom do i contact for this. Neuro surgeon or ENT specialist?

Not sure where you are, but I am in England, and we have to go to the GP for referrals to a specialist. I would go to your doctor and ask his/her advice. Not sure its teeth related.
