Hi I just got out of an inpatient program and was looking for some online support for others that have been through a program and are in recovery. I have only been out for a couple weeks and I feel pretty much like I'm learning to walk again--very vulnerable time! If there is anyone else going through recovery it would be great to connect, I have a therapist but there aren't many groups in my area...
