I had sinus surgery where i had a csyt removed and my septum centered and the basic clean up four weeks agos. six days ago I started feeling sick again where i started getting a sore throat and a headaches. I went into the ent doc for a check up and he put me back on an antibiotics and the fever dropped and headaches got better, but the throat was still sore.

Well today i hacked up something that was solid and covered in mucus and a little blood. To me it looked like a little bone or somthing. What could it be?

PS. I had the surgery because i am a pilot and had a few barotraumas while flying. ie. sinus and ear blocks. with no sign of being sick
