I am 2 days post ovulation (according to my charting) and my lower back had a dull ache, my nipples are very sore, breasts feel very heavy. I am trying to conceive and I did have intercourse on the day of ovulation (according to my chart) I am very anxious and I stress out very easily, what could this mean? or could I be stressing myself out?

Update. Still no period. I am now at 31 days (usually 2Cool, no symptoms of any sort. I am usually not this late, and I am afraid to take a home test just because. Should I wait until maybe the weekend? I am trying not to read or stress about this, but the suspense is killing me!!
Just looking for some comfort.
