Post op -still have a large lump Dr. said it was fat?

ok so hiii iam like 16 years old and i made an umbulical hernia surgery when i was like 3 years old but by the time i grew up i found out that my navel is bloated and the part around my navel is bloated also i went to a doctor when i was 11 years old and he told me that the doctor who made for me the surgery actully closed wrong and i helped my tummy get like that by also wearing very skinny jeans and he said that to get my tummy back to normal i have to make a surgery again can u tell me excatlly what happned to me and how to be normal and have a normal tummy?
