I am asking for advice on behalf of my father who has recently had a hip replacement. Following the operation and after 5 months of pain and difficulties in mobility he has been informed by the NHS specialist center that "the muscle" has completely wasted away and the only option is to have Hydocortisone? injections and medication for the rest of his life.
What do you think of this and are there other options.
I would be grateful for any suggestions
