Hi, I had a hernia surgically repaired (belly) 1 week ago. Today I've noticed the same lump and pain to the touch as when I went to the ER last Thursday. The only difference pre-surgery is that my stomach is not completely red. Is it possible the hernia is back? Or, came thru the mesh? The surgery was not done laparoscopically. I do not want to call my surgeon unnecessarily. Thanks for any help.
