I had my appendix removed on Nov. 25, 2011.

I was fine for about two weeks. Then I started having severe issues with bupring/belching, severe stomach pain, intestinal pain along with pain in the lower right quandrant (near where the appendix was located).

I first tried to talk to the surgeon - what a jerk - kept saying there's nothing wrong...

I saw my Primary Care Doc - he reffered me to a GI Doc.

I've had CT Scans done, I've had EGD, Colonoscopy, Ultrasound, and HIDA Scan - all normal.

Things have changed a bit..Right now, I have the pain in the lower right area - the area around where the appendix would be...

I persoanlly think that is driving the nasuea and other issues.

Anyone else have these issues? Any answers?

post appendectomy right side pain
yes, i had an inflamed emergency appendectomy Oct. 21, 2011. Occassionally, I have the 'same' pain. Usually, it's am or middle of the night when my sinuses are clogged especially in the right nasal passage. Taking emigrin, an over the counter asprin bought over the web, relieves congestion. As it has 450g of caffeine in it may keep you awake. Two emigrin work immediately to evacuate the bowels with a regular movement. This relieves or abates the discomfort and pain.
