Q: post-abortion

Hello,

I am having quite a late abortion and I look pregnant. I know this is a weird question to ask but will i look pregnant for a while after? I am talking specifically about my belly being big.

Also, I have been told my breasts will hurt a couple of days after the abortion.

Are there any other kinds of things I will notice after the abortion that are normal.
