Possibly lupus symptoms ?

hi there im new to this site and wondered if anyone could give me any advice? i have many symptoms of lupus including red rash lethargy underactive thyroid many miscarrages joint pain.my father died of rhumertroid arthuritis at 38.i also suffer with my mental health resulting in extreme agoraphobia.my doctor seems to think i need a phscychiatrist. could anyone out there help i feel like im going mad and cant function from day to day without sleeping 2 or 3 times at least.im so exausted. many thanks for listening.
